JOB REQUIREMENTS: Facilitate Patients in obtaining the knowledge andtools to complete all aspects of intensive outpatient and continuingcare treatment plans and individual goals of treatment. Complete allaspects of the intake assessment process. Required Qualifications:Minimum of Associate\'s degree required in Substance Abuse Counselor(SAC) specific program. Eligibility for WI license as a Substance AbuseCounselor - In Training (SACIT), Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) orClinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Substance Abuse Counselor specific program. Inaddition to SAC license, also has WI license in a Professional Counselor(PC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage & FamilyTherapist (LMFT) or Psychologist.
