　　As Quality Engineer R&D – CoP Data & Reporting you will become part of our Quality Management team with focus on Product Review related tasks in R&D. You will strengthen a team that is located in different markets around the world and is responsible to ensure the quality of our products as well as the continuous improvement of processes.

　　CoP (Conformity of Product) is a key process in the overall process landscape of R&D. Data evaluations and reports allow us to steer and continuously improve this key process. In your new role you will interact with multiple interfaces throughout the worldwide Continental Tires organization, such as Global Tire Testing (GTT), Standards and Regulation (S&R), Manufacturing, Platform Development and Industrialization and many more.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Establish and/or enhance the holistic KPI review and reporting process for all product groups, create reports for different high-level management rounds;

　　Self-sufficient regular trend analyses and derivation of required corrective actions based on overarching criteria in alignment with Head of Product Review - QM R&D;

　　Ensure the quality of the data analysis and maintain it over its lifecycle (debugging, updating), document the results and coordinate with the Data Science team for support concerning BI Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

　　Understand, monitor and continuously improve the automatized CoP related test tire delivery process in close alignment and cooperation with all manufacturing plants worldwide;

　　Key contact for internal alignment with test tire planning related functions;

　　General substitution functions and overall CoP process support in alignment with other Quality Engineer RnD - CoP colleagues in team;

　　Facilitation of CoP meetings if needed as substitute;

　　Support projects and task forces related to QM R&D - Product Review;

　　Effectively communicate the generated insights and recommendations to stakeholders across R&D.

　　University degree in an Analytical, Engineering or Business Management field;

　　Knowledge in BI Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

　　Knowledge about data base structures and how to retrieve data, understanding of principles of data management (Joins, Primary Keys, Duplicates, Aggregates, etc.) and understanding on how to visualize insights via the choice of graphics;

　　English language on proficient business level;

　　First professional working experience in quality related field and experience with process driven environment is preferred;

　　First professional experience in a R&D environment within a global organization (is a plus);

　　Intercultural sensitivity.
