  Coordination of Supplier Quality Activities with BA Plant Supplier Quality

  Interface Function to Group Sector Supplier Quality Management

  Coordination of the operational Supplier Quality Planning within the BA

  Coordination of Supplier Performance Management and Improvement (incl. Supplier Escalations)

  Drive improvement Projects with Plant Supplier Quality

  Definition of CT Supplier Quality Requirements

  Coordination/control/execution of CT Supplier Audit Management

  Control and coordination of CT Supplier Escalations

  Control/execution of Supplier Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP-tracking)

  Monitoring & Improvement of Supplier Quality Performance

  In collaboration with the respective Central SQM (coordinator of plant SQA)

  Technical Degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering, Production Technology,

  5 years of Management experience preferably in Quality or Manufacturing

  3 years of professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management

  Supplier communication experience

  At least 5 years experience in technical problem solving, customer requeriments application

  Strong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)

  Experience with intercultural communication (eg. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).
