　　About The Role

　　We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Maintenance Fitter to join our team based in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key responsibilities for this role will be to work on product change-overs, preventative maintenance schedules, actioning breakdowns, minimising downtime and providing technical support when necessary. Your commitment, dedication and experience in a lean manufacturing environment will ensure you become an integral part of a small and diverse team.

　　The core responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

　　Maintaining wood work machines, edge bander, CNC machines (Biesse)

　　Maitiaining steel work machines, brake press, lazer cutter, turret punch (vawei, machtech)

　　Maintaining drills, fixtures, saws and moulding machinery for joinery

　　Repair and fault finding on pneumatics and hydraulics machines (fluid power)

　　Welding (MIG/TIG/Arc & Oxy)

　　Maintenance requirements of equipment and tooling

　　General plant maintenance

　　About You

　　The successful applicant, will demonstrate a strong balance of the following key skills and attributes:

　　Over 5 years proven experience (post trade)

　　Strong initiative and problem solving skills

　　Excellent team player who can work autonomously

　　Up-to-date relevant permits

　　Forklift Licence – preferrable but not essential

　　Compliance to Safety and JSEA (Job Safety & Environmental Analysis)
