　　Will be trained in machine operations / plant maintenance / lab testing

　　This is a SWING SHIFT - switching from 1st shift to 3rd shift

　　Work 4 days 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, 4 days off, work 4 days 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, 4 days off, work 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, 4 days off

　　Will train on 1st shift for several week before moving to the swing shift schedule.

　　Process Operator/Field Service Representative

　　In this role you’ll be on the front lines providing 24x7 operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems located at Point Comfort. This facility operates 24x7 with a rotating shift schedule working days/nights with on-call responsibilities. This role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, clarification, water softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF). 　　About the role:

　　-Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance. Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment.

　　-Conduct maintenance and calibration activities

　　-Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements

　　-Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems

　　-Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts

　　-Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation

　　-Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide Plant Manager with detailed technical summaries of work performed

　　-Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications

　　-Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed

　　Proficient computer skills$23.00 - $24.00/hr
