We are hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor to support the daily operation, maintenance, and modification of their brand new manufacturing facility in Louisville, CO.
Primary responsibilities for this position include the performance of general, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities in support routine facility operations. These activities include site cleanup/organization, surface maintenance of building infrastructure including painting, door repair, general construction, furniture repair, maintenance of plant utilities and building systems, and other general maintenance tasks in GMP and non-GMP environments, as requested by management.

Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $27.75 – $34.30/hr
Duration: One year with potential to be converted or extended
Shift: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Maintain site and premises in a clean, organized, and orderly manner.
Conduct rounds in GMP and non-GMP areas of the facility.
Participate in multi-craft work activities including painting, wall repair, and other surface modifications, as requested.
Operates a variety of power, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical tools, and equipment.
Assist Senior Facilities Technicians with troubleshooting and corrective/preventative maintenance of complex facilities systems/equipment including motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, chillers, and domestic and high-purity water systems.
Read and interpret detailed P&ID's, equipment schematics, and engineering drawings.
Legibly and accurately document work performed in Umoja’s CMMS system in accordance with cGMP requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
High School diploma or equivalent, preferably including hands-on or vocational school training and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a maintenance technician.
Prior experience with general building and utility systems including boilers, chillers, electrical, HVAC, life safety and refrigeration systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following trades (advanced certification is a plus):
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Welding
*Preferred Qualifications: *
Experience in GMP biopharmaceutical or cell and gene therapy manufacturing and/or testing facility.
Independent and analytical thought process to evaluate options with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Food and Drug Administration, current pharmaceutical industry standards, and/or other regulations.
Experience working with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager CMMS is highly preferred.
*Physical Requirements: *
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, protective clothing, and eye safety glasses.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, use of hands, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally moving materials up to 30 pounds.
Ability to support on-call work requests and emergency service as needed.
