  THE OPPORTUNITY: 

  You will be responsible for furthering existing select accounts as well as hunting for new business opportunities / new logos.  You will drive the sales process for all TechInsights’ products and services from initial engagement to close; this includes identifying new opportunities with existing accounts as well as upsell/cross-sell with key stakeholders.  You will be expected to achieve/exceed sales targets, and track and report opportunities.  As a seasoned sales professional, you have a natural ability to develop and maintain client relationships. 

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  Meet and Exceed Sales Quotas: Be accountable for meeting or surpassing your quarterly and annual sales targets. This involves proactive prospecting with existing customers, with a focus on maximizing upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 

  Prepare and Present Compelling Proposals: Create persuasive proposals and solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients, presenting them effectively to key decision-makers. 

  Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Forecast, meticulously track, and regularly report on the status of opportunities within your pipeline, ensuring timely closures. 

  Strategic Planning for Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with company objectives, enabling you to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. 

  Nurture Client Relationships: Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Identify growth opportunities within these relationships and build a robust sales pipeline. Additionally, educate clients on our products and keep them informed about technology trends that may benefit their businesses. 

  Sales Reporting and CRM Maintenance: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of sales activities. Update and maintain our salesforce CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities and opportunities. 

  WHO YOU ARE: 

  Experienced Sales Professional: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct solution selling or subscription-based sales, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales strategies and techniques. 

  Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as semiconductors, consumer electronics, Intellectual Property, or SaaS is highly preferred, enabling you to better understand client needs and market dynamics. 

  Relationship Building: Showcase a proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships at all levels within client organizations, establishing trust and rapport with key decision-makers. 

  Effective Communication: Excel in communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. 

  Self-motivation and Results Orientation: Possess a self-motivated and results-driven mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently, yet maintain a targeted, goal-oriented approach to sales, ensuring consistent performance. 

  Start-up Experience: Experience within a fast-paced start-up environment is a distinct advantage, as it reflects your adaptability and resilience in dynamic settings. 

  Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a strong technical acumen and an understanding of various technology fields. This knowledge enhances your ability to engage with clients effectively and align solutions with their technical needs. 

  Domain Expertise: Maintain a high level of domain knowledge in both technology and patents, allowing you to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. 

  Proven Sales Excellence: Present a consistent track record of new business development and a history of surpassing sales targets with both prospects and existing customers. 

  Experience with sales Technologies: Demonstrate familiarity and proficiency with sales and marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
