Job Description

　　Working directly with payers to discover and verify if insurance is covering high prescription medicines for the patients

　　Typical insurance verification role

　　Performing patient level benefits verifications for all major medicals and pharmacy benefit plans

　　Completion of template forms that provide patent level benefits Coverage Determination Summary

　　Coordination of prior authorizations based on payer guidelines and in compliance with law, regulation or guidance

　　Review of patient assistance enrollment forms and any supporting documentation to assess patient eligibility for participation and program guidelines

　　Pay:

　　$18 to $19.50

　　Pay determined by managers

　　Location:

　　Jeffersonville, IN Shifts:

　　8 hours shift between 8am to 8pm

　　8am to 4:30pm

　　8:30am to 5pm

　　9am to 5:30pm

　　9:30am to 6pm

　　10am to 6:30pm

　　10:30am to 7pm

　　11am to 7:30pm

　　11:30am to 8pm
