About Maintenance Staff

　　Maintenance Staff - Apartment maintenance staff. Clean and maintain 8 buildings, lawn care and light landscaping, snow removal, pool maintenance, etc. 40 hours plus call time (must live within 30 miles of complex.) Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and general construction knowledge. Non-smoker.

　　<P> Hours - <LI> Monday thru Friday on call on the weekends.

　　<P> Major Skills - <LI> Plumbing <LI> Electrical<LI> General Construction <LI> Cleaning

　　<P> Requirements - <LI> Drug Screening. <LI> Reference/Background Check.
