Position Available: Maintenance SpecialistIn this position, you will perform general maintenance repairs and upkeep duties to ensure a safe and healthy environment. General work details may include:Carpentry work in repairing or replacing doors, windows, walls, flooring, or any other work with wood structures.PlumbingHeatingAir-conditioning workDuctworkPipingInstrument controls, etc. We need someone who can demonstrate a working knowledge of: Electrical Work HVACBuilding Maintenance Skills and AbilitiesAnd who can work independently with minimum supervisionEducational Requirements/Licenses:High School Diploma or GED.
