Thisindividual will be skilled in both food formulation & processingtechnology, the development of people and building a strong teamculture, this role works collaboratively with sales, marketing, productlife cycle management, quality and manufacturing to enhance thecompany\'s competitive edge in our preferred markets. This role iscrucial in leading and promoting innovation, supporting and encouragingexperimentation, with a proven track record of success that deliversinnovative solutions to customer challenges through collaboration with avariety of cross functional stakeholders. The successful individual willbe experienced in building and developing high performing teams withdefined objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals.
