The Opportunity:
The position of Maintenance Planner is within our Cardiometabolic Unit located in Oslo, Norway . This role will plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure operations are being properly conducted in an efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner.
What You'll Do:
Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks and secure documentation for the company's production equipment
Follow up and operate the company's CMMS (system administrator for IBM Maximo) which involves collaboration with Global Engineering, and ensure that the documentation meets the requirements set in internal standard operating procedures (SOP)
Training technicians and shift technicians at new maintenance procedures, HSE procedures, and work and training in IBM Maximo
Purchase of necessary equipment done in consultation with the manager
Being the company administrator for IBM Maximo
Operate and maintain the company's downtime system (RS Production)
Follow up on Engineering's maintenance and calibration tasks
Prepare and optimize Engineering’s procedures
Contribute towards nonconformity handling, CAPA and changes
Analyze data from the company's production lines and downtime system
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technical / natural sciences, and 2-5 years’ relevant experience, or Master’s degree in technical / natural sciences, and 1-3 years’ relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of production experience, from fully automatic production.
Minimum 5 years of experience from planning work.
GMP competence.
Lean, 5S or OpEx competence.
Experience with HSE work.
Personal Competencies
Good communication skills in writing and orally, both in Norwegian and English
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Good collaboration skills
Self-motivated and driven personality
