We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious, award winning property management team as a Maintenance Manager at our luxury apartment community, Signature Place, Morris Plains, NJ.

Responsibilities - manage team and perform daily building maintenance/operations. Ensure timely completion in filling resident work requests, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs and other duties necessary to maintain the physical property's condition, value and appeal.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of apartment maintenance and overall building trades, including plumbing and HVAC CPO and EPA Universal CertificationsAbility to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environments HS diploma or equivalent MANDATORY Previous supervisory experience Current, valid driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Qualifications:
