HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the workflow within the executive office to meet established quality standards and recurring deadlines.
Collect statistical data and gather backup material for agenda items.
Officially record minutes for public meetings of elected officials, management meetings, and business conferences.
Organize complex material and present summaries in report form for discussions or actions.
Train, schedule, and supervise clerical and secretarial assistants as assigned.
Work independently with a high level of authority, exercising good judgment in recognizing the scope of action.
Maintain a typing speed of 65 words per minute net.
Analyze problems accurately and determine effective courses of action.
Independently compose letters, memos, bulletins, or other materials based on oral instructions.
Read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Maintain complex record-keeping systems and prepare reports.
Manage documents within electronic filing systems.
Perform arithmetic calculations with accuracy.
Work confidentially with discretion.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Understand and execute oral and written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals encountered in the course of work.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of independence.
Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute (net).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in maintaining electronic filing systems.
Ability to comprehend and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles is a plus.
Capacity to train, schedule, and supervise clerical and secretarial staff.
Proficiency in problem analysis and decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
