We are seeking a Pharmacy TechnicianSpecialist in our Anticoagulation Clinic to: * Deliver exceptionalcustomer service to patients and interdisciplinary team members tocoordinate and schedule labs. * Document results in Health Link forpharmacist evaluation and adjustment of anticoagulation therapy. *Transcribe INR results from non-UW Health labs into Health Link. *Complete referral in Health Link for any patient enrolled into the UWHealth Anticoagulation program. The ideal candidate will be able toeffectively work as part of a team, multi-tasking while managing a busyphone line. You must be skilled at managing time to work efficiently ina remote setting.
