Description:

　　The Maintenance Manager will have the following job duties:

　　-This is a management role, it will rarely be hands on unless it is needed

　　-Creating preventative maintenance schedule for maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments

　　-Creating a plan to decrease downtime

　　-Manage 24 process techs, 20 maintenance techs, and 6 supervisors

　　-PLC trouble shooting

　　-Assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die if needed to be hands on

　　Skills:

　　Electrical, Maintenance management, Supervision, Maintenance supervision, tool and die, injection molding, preventive maintenance, scheduling estimating, Maintenance repair, engineering

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　-8+ years in management experience

　　-Experience managing up to 30+ employees

　　-Tool/die experience

　　-Injection molding experience

　　NICE TO HAVE:

　　-Bachelors degree

　　-Engineering background
