SUMMARY: Responsible for packing and assembling a quality product in anefficient manner for production by performing the following dutiesRESPONSIBILITIES: Places loose or packaged materials or ingredients onscales and add or remove portions of material to obtain specified weightReads formula book to determine types and quantities of materials toweight Follows all schedules and tasks that concern job qualityMaintains perpetual inventory of materials on hand using the AX systemTransfers weighed materials to production or storage areas Other dutiesas assigned Must maintain and comply with all HAACP, OSHA, USDA, SSOP,and GMP requirements Be willing to be cross trained within department tocover responsibilities if required REQUIREMENTS: To perform this jobsuccessfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondences, and memos in English Must have basic mathematicalskills Capable of regularly lifting and /or move up to 50 lbs. andoccasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs.
