Due to continuedgrowth, we are looking to add a Maintenance Machine Repair Technician -Split Shift working 12:00pm - 8:00pm to our team. The MaintenanceMachine Repair Technician responsible for ensuring operation ofmachinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenancerequirements on NC/CNC machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyorsystems, and production machines. Follow diagrams, sketches, operatingmanuals, manufacturer\'s instructions, and engineering specification totroubleshoot and repair malfunctions. All aspects of building servicesand facility maintenance, as well as maintaining and troubleshootingbuilding systems. This position requires a broad knowledge andexperience in welding, fabrication, plumbing, and some electricalknowledge. Qualified candidates must be able to read and work fromblueprints and diagrams. Qualifications 3 years experience Knowledge andexperience journeyman, journeyman card, certification, or educationExperience in a mechanical trade Basic knowledge of pneumatics andNC/CNC controls Knowledgeable of electrical and hydraulic systems Mustbe able to read and interpret blueprints Basic knowledge of metal andfabrication Understanding welding, locate and use repair parts manualsAble to use of small hand tools, indicators and measuring tools Theideal candidate will have strong attention detail, a sense of urgency,excellent problem-solving skills, communication, willingness to learn,and teamwork skills.
