POSITION OVERVIEW
Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining smooth and patient-centered care for clients receiving services from the Crisis Response Division, as well as maintaining Division databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to and direct calls to the appropriate staff and/or department from community partners and other agency staff while engaging with callers with a kind, caring, and positive attitude.
Compile Behavioral Health Division program data in a report summarizing information requested by Chief Officer of Behavioral Health. In addition, this position will support reporting needs for programs.
Alert clinicians and prescribers when documentation is required.
Scan paper documents over to responsible Care Associate or attach to appropriate participant ECR record and collaborate with other staff to ensure all documents are sent for credentialing.
Order office supplies for all programs within the Behavioral Health Division.
Maintain and support each programs on call schedule.
Assist with the onboarding of Behavioral Health Division staff to ensure all supplies, sign on, and systems are set up for new staff.
Review and distribute all incoming faxes and mail for Division.
Maintain email distribution lists specific to Behavioral Health Division.
Education and/or Experience
Requires an Associates degree (Bachelors preferred)
Three years of related experience
