Basic Purpose and Objective:

　　Under general supervision and according to established policy and procedures, learn the various preventative maintenance tasks to efficiently perform repairs to machinery, equipment, building and grounds.

　　Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Learn to perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment and building and grounds per pre-established schedules.

　　Learn how to perform a variety of building and grounds, machinery and equipment repairs, installation, or modification.

　　Learn and obtain materials and supplies from local distributors, warehouses, or merchants.

　　Learn how to clean equipment, machinery, and building.

　　Keep records of work performed and related maintenance records.

　　Perform other miscellaneous utility jobs as assigned by the supervisor.

　　Learn how to order routine maintenance supplies.

　　Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form.

　　Add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure. Perform the four operations with the common and decimal fractions.

　　Ability to read and write to follow quality and related instructions.
