　　Job Description

　　Your mission will be :

　　Organize and execute the maintenance (first level, preventive, corrective) on site in relation with the centralized team from Safran Nacelles in ToulouseIn line with the objectives set by the department manager, maintenance of production facilities involves routine maintenance and servicing, troubleshooting and repairs, monitoring and installation of equipment and machinery, in accordance with safety rules, regulations and schedules

　　• involve planning of maintenance operations or equipment installation

　　• May involve coordination of an internal and/or external team

　　Your main tasks will be :

　　• Formally define and update maintenance reference documents and guidelines:

　　design maintenance procedures, liaising with production operators, maintenance operators and suppliers

　　monitor regulatory compliance and coordinate corrective actions

　　• Define and update preventive maintenance plans, based on analysis and requirements (HSE, quality, manufacturer data, machine histories, etc.) and working with operational and technology experts

　　• Define and deploy predictive maintenance, working with data experts

　　• Standardize requirements and ensure the necessary availability of spare parts for industrial equipment/machinery

　　• Provide input for obsolescence documentation for sensitive equipment/machinery and propose through-life support solutions

　　• Provide input for investments in new equipment/machinery and upgrades to legacy machinery (new

　　functionalities), working with project managers

　　• Coordinate identical reconstruction operations (Level 5 maintenance)

　　• Develop prevention plans for outside providers

　　• Contribute to improvement actions at the facility and/or company:

　　-contribute to continuous improvement projects and propose solutions (support tools, FMECA/failure mode effects and criticality analysis, technology watch, knowledge management)

　　Job Requirements

　　You have a good team spirit and a good professional relationship : ability to exchange with Production Management

　　You are rigorous.

　　Fluent English is mandatory, basic knowledge in French would be a plus.
