  Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

  Pay: $44,100 - $50,400 Annually

  Position Summary: This is primarily a graphic design position within the Division of Litigation Services.

  Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college.

  The preferred candidate should possess the following skills:

  Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Audition.

  Design experience for both print and digital formats.

  Meet deadlines on a daily basis.

  Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

  Strong customer service.

  Literate with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  Ability to train others in software use and processes.

  Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

  Able to work independently, work on a team, and under immediate deadlines.

  Preference will also be given to candidates who have a strong working knowledge of a legal environment, strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC, and strong proficiency in Office 365.

  The Work You Will Do: The incumbent will be responsible for accepting draft manuscripts from OAG divisions for editing, formatting, and completing finished publications using Adobe Creative Cloud applications. This position requires skills to design and enhance a variety of publications and legal and investigative documents, knowledge of various file formats, knowledge of desktop publishing and graphic design software, and working closely with agency staff throughout Florida to meet critical deadlines.

  Duties include but are not limited to coordinating the design and production of department-wide materials, including booklets, brochures, charts, decals, posters, manuals, annual reports, court exhibits, business forms, case tracking, and time reports. The production of such publications incorporates the preparation of computer-based graphics, documents, photographs, tables, and charts. This position requires close coordination with legal staff on the layout and design of litigation exhibits. In addition, the incumbent will assist with audio/video editing, redaction, and other duties assigned as needed.
