This property consists of two towers including a 27-story and a 16-story, 500-unit condominium building located in downtown Minneapolis near the river. Some things you can expect to do: Maintain the pool and pool equipment Support vendors and vendor relationships Support maintenance schedules Assist with coordinating services Perform routine preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems Respond to tenant requests Process workorders, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures Operate hot water boilers plant and centrifugal chillers To be successful in this role, you will have excellent verbal communication skills and provide concierge level of service when interacting with building occupants. You must have a two-year vocational degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of building services experience in a hospitality or commercial environment. You will have a clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and the ability to lift 100lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals, and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. You will really stand out if you have: An HVAC technical degree. Electrical, plumbing and building automation controls experience.
