Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.

Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.

Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.

Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.

Acts as a driver for the facility.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two years of college preferred.

Associate's degree preferred.

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licenses:

If designated to drive for the facility, must have a clean, current NM driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage, as per facility driver's agreement.
