Major/Essential Functions:
Answer phone calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel, greet and escorts visitors, and provide information about the site and programs.
Act as the building management and other building services primary point of contact for the TTU DFW team and tenants.
Schedule appointments and maintain team and staff calendars.
As needed, schedule site visits and room availability for meetings, classes, and other events.
Arrange travel for faculty and staff. Maintain receipts and invoices for travel.
Maintain supplies and inventory for office items and marketing materials (i.e., swag, brochures, banners, etc.).
Maintain receipts and invoices for general purchases.
Processes vendor approvals and maintain vendor and business partner contact lists.
Support site Director and assist with any other relevant site activities as assigned by supervisor.
