Facility Maintenance Engineer - High Level - 1st Shift - $28-32/Hr - Louisville, KY

　　Description:

　　Looking for a facility maintenance engineer to handle 2 properties and take care of the facility maintenance duties.

　　High-level facility maintenance experience

　　Duties might include:

　　Changing out light bulbs and fixtures

　　Minor plumbing issues, clogs, leaks, sinks, toilets

　　Checks and inspections on boiler and chiller systems

　　Customer interaction will be a frequent experience.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Facility Maintenance experience

　　Experience with Boilers and Chillers

　　Plumbing knowledge

　　Drywall repairs

　　Customer service experience

　　Details:

　　$28-32/hour

　　1st shift

　　Must have clean driving record: will be driving company vehicle eventually
