DESCRIPTION

　　The Survey Technician will be a key member of a award winning Survey team that provides the latest surveying technology to get work done fast and ensure extreme accuracy. The Survey CAD Technician's scope of work will include the following:

　　Collaborate with team members to support the the survey team

　　Process field data for production of plats and plans

　　Prepare cutsheets supporting construction stakeout

　　Perform deed, plat, and record drawing research

　　Prepare boundary composite maps and property descriptions

　　Process 3-D point cloud to create surfaces and contour maps

　　Support and maintain Company CAD drafting standards

　　Prepare existing condition plans and exhibits

　　Prepare and format ALTA survey documents

　　Prepare easement plats and descriptions

　　Prepare As-Built drawings

　　Skills:

　　Surveying, Land surveying, AutoCad, carlson, Carlson survey, Civil 3d, Topography, Gps, Alta, Topographic surveys, Total station, Cutsheet

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　1+ years of experience as a Survey CAD Technician

　　Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson Survey software

　　Experience with surveying and land development projects

　　Experience with deed research

　　Detail oriented, focused on accuracy and completeness
