Has the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues in an industrial environment.Ability, individually and/or with a team, to make recommendations to reduce downtime and improve efficiency and reliability.[Equipment Repairs: ]{arial=""}
Has the ability to remove, disassemble, clean, replace, reassemble, and rebuild electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment/systems.Has the ability to perform specific tasks such as Load Cell Calibrations, Blender calibrations, thermo-couple and transducer checks, AC Drives, and ensure equipment is within manufacturer's specifications.Has the understanding and ability to interact with PLC`sUnderstand and follow one line diagrams, flow charts, blue prints, and schematicsAbility to use VOM, motor analyzers, meggers, scopes, etcAssists with predictive testing equipment[Tasks:]{arial=""}
PLC`s- Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting.Hydraulics/Pneumatics - Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting.Electrical - Full understanding to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and replace components in both AC and DC with voltages ranging up to 480 volts.Computer - Must be able to open, modify, and close work orders in a CMMS system. Must be able to complete daily logs and any additional paperwork as required.Mechanical - Must be able to replace/rebuild gearboxes, transfer boxes, shafts, rollers, blowers, piping, belts, hoses, machine guarding, cutters, choppers, vacuum pumps, convey systems, and other industrial systems.Inspections - Must be able to do routine inspections of safety systems, lubricate equipment, gather information as needed, assist with equipment analysis, and checklists.Must be able to support the plant outside of normal shift hours.Tasks include:Perform routine and preventative maintenance; small machine assembly as per instructionsAssemble parts and equipment using various hand and power toolsKnowledge of basic Packaging line operations and warehousingAble to operate a pallet jack and forkliftAble to perform hazard analysis and work order assessmentsIdentify opportunities to improve production and reduce waste and riskHigh regard and value toward safetyTeam player with a positive attitudeAbility to multi task and problem solveElectrical troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal equipment on-stream factor**[Qualifications:-[]{style="font-si
