　　Pay: $39.40/Hour

　　Your Role:

　　As aMaintenance Electrical Lead, your primary functions will include but are not limited to assisting in managing the performance of day-to-day maintenance operations. The lead Maintenance Electrical Lead also assists in training and developing a safe an efficient hourly workforce through use of the company’s safety policies and procedures, regulations, continuous improvement, meeting production and costs goals, quality control and other functions as assigned by management.

　　Regular, reliable trustworthy presence on the floor

　　Ensures that proper personnel are dispatched to on-going issues – first thing in the morning and throughout the day

　　Ensures that all hourly employees under his/her area of responsibility receive competent task training to safely perform his/her job duties and that such training is properly documented in a timely manner

　　Assists management in investigating, determining root cause and finding a collective resolution to all production incidents and safety concern reports

　　Assists in managing all daily activities of all hourly production, maintenance and support personnel

　　Conducts regular maintenance oversight inspections to ensure all safety, maintenance, and plant cleanup items are addressed correctly and in a timely manner

　　We need you to have:

　　10+ years of maintenance experienced preferred

　　10+ years’ experience in automation and mechanical troubleshooting, with a general understanding of associated process equipment

　　Experience with quality control procedures and ability to make necessary changes as needed

　　Good leadership abilities

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Good safety, behavior and attendance record

　　Icing on the cake:

　　Knowledge to Instrumentation and electronics experience

　　Prior experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry

　　Selection process includes work history review, written and hands on assessment, screening interview, final interview, background check, drug screen and medical fitness for work evaluation.
