Purpose of Position
Responsible for keeping production equipment operating so that quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Requires the skills to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Requires lifting, bending, squatting, walking to all parts of the plant, reaching above and below waist, carrying materials and climbing steps.
Requires good eyesight to be able to measure, read instructions, measuring devices, and to read engineering drawings/ schematics.
Requires the skills to repair, maintain, and clean machines and electronic and mechanical equipment.
Requires fabricating racks, tables, and miscellaneous items.
Requires using tools and equipment such as drill press, saws, multi-meters, oscilloscope, and etc.
Requires driving a fork lift.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Education, Skills and Experience
Must have a high school education & Vo-Tech or Technical Institute Training.
Must read and apply data/specs from Engineering drawings/schematics.
Must pass fork lift license and possess current driver's license.
Must effectively perform all duties of Maintenance A.
Must have 3 years experience in Maintenance area.
Must have work experience in electronics, electrical and any 2 of the following skill areas: welding, plumbing, mechanical, sheet metal and HVA
