　　Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Onsite

　　-Open incoming physical mail

　　-Sort open mail to the correct department

　　-Scan the sorted mail to digitize it

　　-Send the digitized and scanned mail to the correct claim profile

　　-Store mail in correct area once finished
