　　CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

　　Responsibilities

　　CHI is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join the team at the Human Performance Center.

　　Provides secretary receptionist duties, maintains documentation and controls clinical flow. Works with others and carries out duties consistent with the mission, vision and values of St. Alexius Medical Center.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Facilitates clinical flow by registering and scheduling patients and clients in a timely and courteous manner seeking the most efficient times for the guest and clinic.

　　Provides informative, accurate and up to date information on all services provided at the HPC to potential patients and clients.

　　Performs all financial transactions relating to the cash based services of the HPC.

　　Maintains an understanding of insurance matters as they relate patient care.

　　Maintains all charts and records for patients and clients.

　　Assist with physical therapy aide duties as needs arise.

　　Facilitates positive team development and interaction.

　　Qualifications

　　Education: E xperience will be considered in place of education.

　　Skills: Ability to operate computers and enter data. Ability to multi task and change direction and plans during the day as circumstances change. Ability to independently problem solve and make decisions.

　　Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening, oral and written communication skills are important. The ability to manage conflict effectively and develop interdependent and positive interpersonal relationships with

　　others, both within the department and with staff in other departments.

　　Pay Range

　　$12.15 - $16.25 /hour
