Candidates with priormanufacturing skills are required. The first shift is available.Candidates must be able to work scheduled hours plus any requiredovertime. The Senior level position is a direct hire and the Juniorlevel position is temp to hire. SCHEDULE & PAY The hours are 6am - 3pmMonday through Friday. Sr. Machinist/Grinder pay is 70-75K. Jr.Machinist/Grinder pay is 40-45K. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Setup andOperation: Expertly set up and operate grinding machines to precisiongrind aerospace parts in strict adherence to blueprint specifications.Blueprint Interpretation: Follow blueprints, job orders, and verbalinstructions with precision, ensuring product specifications such asfinishes, dimensions, tolerances, and determining the proper methods ofgrinding components, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels to be used.Wheel Dressing Mastery: Utilize appropriate dressing techniques to bringwheels to exact specifications, ensuring optimal grinding results.Operational Oversight: Observe overall machine operations and performroutine daily maintenance on equipment and work areas to upholdconsistent performance. Documentation Excellence: Complete productionpaperwork and adhere to inspection procedures diligently, ensuringaccurate recording of processes and outcomes. Problem Identification andReporting: Report any operational problems or discrepancies promptly tothe immediate supervisor, contributing to efficient resolutions. Tooland Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools, gauges, and equipment in aclean, orderly, and safe manner, demonstrating a commitment to workplacesafety and efficiency.
