  The North America Machine Vision Sales team is expanding! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

  As part of the Machine Vision Sales organization, the Senior Channel Account Manager will take ownership of North American partners across the territory to develop and execute sales strategy for customers across a variety of verticals.

  This remote role will require up to 50% travel. Qualified applicants must reside in the US in the Midwest/Central states.

  Responsibilities:

  Plans and executes new solution launches within channel and delivers high impact sales presentations and product training

  Develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility

  Proactively sells solutions encompassing a wider range of products or services

  Partners with channel to develop and co-execute high impact launches, co-marketing campaigns, etc. to improve business for both

  Develops channel approaches and tools which will be used by others in similar situations

  May be responsible for indirectly managing or influencing the Account Reps supporting the channel/customer and service and supply chain related to the channel

  Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our machine vision product portfolio, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.Regularly analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions as needed to meet and exceed sales targets

  Utilize market insights to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies

  Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelors or equivalent experience

  5+ years of B2B channel sales experience in machine vision, robotics and/or automation solutions (please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience)

  Applicants must reside in the US in the Midwest/Central states. 50% travel to be expected.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience across a variety of verticals highly desired

  In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications

  Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer

  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

  Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas

  Salary: USD 93000.00 - USD 139600.00 Yearly

  Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

  Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
