　　We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Fabrication Technicians. As a Fabrication Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up and operating machines, running multiple processes simultaneously, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. 　　Responsibilities

　　Set up and operate machinery efficiently and effectively.

　　Run multiple machines and processes simultaneously.

　　Follow quality procedures and document as necessary.

　　Inspect parts using a variety of measuring tools to ensure precision and accuracy.

　　Set up work stations, select appropriate dies, drill bits, and other tools for assigned jobs.

　　Document inspection findings accurately.

　　Process job packets using computer systems.

　　Maintain confidentiality of customer information found in blueprints designed by Bauer.

　　Adhere to all safety policies and protocols.

　　Uphold a commitment to safety, ethics, and professionalism.

　　Requirements:

　　Previous experience in fabrication and machine operation.

　　Proficiency in using measuring tools and interpreting blueprints.
