Description:

　　We are the preferred global solutions provider for precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. They serve diverse industries such as power generation, renewable, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial. We are owned by Berkshire Hathaway

　　-They will be running the Mill machine which is bending metal into pipe form

　　-They will have to change out the metal rolls which can be anywhere from every 2-12 hours

　　-They will have to troubleshoot and perform any minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on the machines. (Need to have some knowledge of 3-phase, 480 volt to be able to understand that someone needs to be called to fix any major electrical problem.)

　　-Will have to weld a minor strip to connect the metal. (They don't need any welding experience, they will train. Very small strip of welding. Basically a tack weld.)

　　-Basic preventative maintenance at the machine

　　Nice-to-have qualifications:

　　Can troubleshoot, problem solve, think outside of the box

　　Either in Machining, Maintenance, Mechanic or Fab

　　Annual pay raises and bonus programs based off of company sales, safety and the candidate's attendance. Around 5% of their yearly salary

　　Most Mill Operators come in around $18-23/hr

　　Tenured Mill Operators can get up to $30 an hour

　　$2.00 dollar raise after 120 days

　　Shifts:

　　Shift A: M-Th / 5:00am to 5:00pm 

　　Shift B ($2 premium): M-Th / 5:00pm to 5:00am

　　Shift C ($6 dollar premium): F-Sun / 5:00am to 5:00pm

　　Shift D ($8.00 dollar premium): F-Sun / 5:00pm to 5:00am
