Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Mold Room supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Akron, NY

Pay Range: $17.75/hour

What's the Job?

Operate the molding machines for production.

Ensure hopper has adequate levels of raw materials.

Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform simple production troubleshooting activities.

Package and label products as per work instruction requirements.

What's Needed?

Basic shop math skills.

Able to perform work of a repetitive nature.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to provide a flexible work schedule.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. routinely.
