Aerotek is Hiring Machine Operator's!

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing basic machine operating tasks such as monitoring and adjusting the machine, pushing buttons, and ensuring product quality. You will operate machines like the Splitter and Tumbler and handle loading and unloading of materials. This role requires physical endurance due to constant heavy lifting, bending, and crouching. You must be flexible to change machines as required due to manpower availability.

Hard Skills

6+ months Production/Manufacturing Experience

6+ months Machine Operating

1 year General Labour experience

Mechanically inclined

Ability to lift up to 30lbs consistently

Soft Skills

Willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual

This is a full time/long term role

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rocky View County, Alberta.

Work Environment

The facility is a production/manufacturing environment which is typically loud and dirty due to the machines and products.

The workspace includes a large yard for product storage.

Shifts: Are from 3:30pm to 4am, Monday through Friday, with a night shift premium.

Rate: $23-$27 an hour
