Our client is looking for full-time Administrative Assistant. This is an onsite position in either New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
Contract Duration: 6-Months
Required Skills & Experience
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask and interact with senior management and their assistants
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum five years of corporate administrative experience
Outstanding skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and proficiency in PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
Excellent phone manner and management is a key requirement
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Handle a range of duties from day to day office-wide operational activities to managing relationships, scheduling meetings, and correspondence with senior leaders and their assistants, on behalf of the core team
Proactive daily calendar management
Plan, coordinate and lead special projects and events with global and local business leadership
Meet and greet visitors and clients, coordinating conference rooms and logistical arrangements
Coordinate travel including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car service arrangements and directions as needed
Process and track, invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
Understand the client’s Policies and Procedures and implement them in daily tasks
