This position will be designated as remote within the US
As the Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing assigned partners across sales team alignment, joint Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, enablement and execution while ensuring partner compliance and accountability. The key to the position is strong collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, services, product management, marketing and customer success. You will establish trusted business relationships with senior leaders of our partner-s organization and act as the day-to-day primary interface and drive the growth of the partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Own, manage and grow the business relationship with assigned partners
Ensure partner accountability and compliance to partner program requirements
Establish and maintain executive, sales and marketing relationships including goal setting and planning, pipeline reviews and business reviews.
Act as a sales coach to influence partners- ability to increase their revenue, margin, and asset investment in their Nuvolo partnership
Work with Sales Executives to align partner sales motions, target accounts and manage the pipeline with these accounts
Drive and lead the Partner joint GTM activities
Manage and coordinate partner enablement activities working with internal cross functional teams.
Drive and lead continual training activities which articulate Nuvolo-s strategic direction, product and technology roadmaps, requisite sales skills, go-to-market planning, demand creation and monitor partners progress towards adherence to program requirements
Work closely with Partner and Marketing to provide project and content coordination in support of partner-driven marketing events
May need to travel up to 30%
Qualifications:?
Minimum 3 -5 years- experience in partner development, strategic alliances or channel sales at a cloud services of SaaS company
Successful track record of relationship / partner management with notable accomplishments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage, motivate and manage partners
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and present the business value aspects of Nuvolo
An undergraduate degree is required. MBA is a bonus but no substitute for field experience.
Base Pay Range: $135,000 - $160,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
