　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment:Operate production machines, use hand tools and various power tools.Produce an acceptable quality part.Use and accurately read drawings, instructions, gages, and all applicable measuring devices. Handle and lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.Effectively use the PMF shop floor data collection system to log in and out of jobs and read and follow instructions.Follow daily work schedule.Perform general building/machine 5S maintenance.Handle and move material manually and using a forklift.Work to production standardsParticipate in PMF's continuous improvement program.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.Skills and Qualifications

　　High School Diploma or equivalentGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to use a computer.Ability to communicate effectively with team members.Must pass PMF's pre-employment screenings, including Functional Capacity Exam, background check, drug test and nicotine test.Physical Requirements
