　　Position Overview:

　　RectorSeal is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Technician at our injection molding/extrusion facility in Fall River. The Electro Mechanical Technician will work with the team to maintain and repair molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temp controlers, conveyors, and custom equipment and automation.

　　RectorSeal manufactures and/or distributes a variety of chemical and mechanical products for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. The Electro Mechanical Technician will provide technical support sitewide to ensure additional output is delivered safely, productively, and on time in accordance with our customer-focused core values. The work schedule for this individual contributor role is as follows: Monday -Thursday 7:30-4:30 and Friday 7:30-11:30, with occasional overtime, as needed.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Ensure operation of machinery and electronic equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines.

　　Responsible for the electrical repair and maintenance of all process and building equipment.

　　Communicate with outside vendors as needed for service support, parts supplies, etc. Support outside contractors scheduled to complete projects within the facility.

　　Participate/lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis

　　Understand technical drawings, documents, specifications

　　Test and inspect the electrical components of all safety systems to meet FM, NFPA, OSHA, and all agency standards and guidelines.

　　Use of computerized maintenance management system (Fixx) for completing tasks

　　Required Experience

　　Minimum 5 years of experience in job related field

　　Must possess NFPA 70E Certification

　　Troubleshooting and problem solving

　　Work with automated equipment and PLCs

　　Work Environment:

　　Office: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment. 　　Warehouse: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.

　　The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

　　Compensation:

　　RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The target salary range for this hourly opportunity is: $30/hr. - $32/hr. plus annual bonus incentive.

　　Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
