　　We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our team who can excel in our fast-paced, high performing team oriented environment. 　　Slitting Operator 

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

　　Ensure personal compliance with all company Quality System, Operational, and Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices, including Safety and completes required documentation accurately and timely.

　　Maintains communication within production team members ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.

　　Identifies and ensures that proper materials are used for production.

　　Cleans the machines daily; organizes machine and material parts during closing operations.

　　Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.

　　Ensure the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.

　　Ability to perform changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.

　　Prepare equipment for the next run to include size changes as needed.

　　Complete required paperwork and checklists as required

　　EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

　　Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Must be flexible in work schedule. Willing to work overtime, based on business need.
