　　Protiviti is looking for a Full Stack Develop ment Manager to join our growing Asset Development team.

　　As a Manager , you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.  You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.  You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.   You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

　　We are seeking a Full Stack Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing and launching multiple cloud native software applications. They will provide a framework for the development of a software or system that will result in high quality solutions, seeing the “big picture”, and creating architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide a cross-functional development team.

　　The Asset Development team is a start-up within a large company and the ability to prove success with low cost is mandatory. The Full Stack Development Manager must have experience in a start-up like environment and can quickly deliver prototypes at low budget to prove viability.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Working with business users to gather functional requirements.

　　Leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving passion to turn complex problems into end-to-end solutions.

　　Working with client architects/senior developers to do high level/low level design/architecture.

　　Designing and implementing high-quality, test-driven code.

　　Unit Testing/Integration Testing, code configuration and release management.

　　Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

　　Experience with Multi-threading, Collections, and concurrent API.

　　Working experience with web-services and APIs (REST, SOAP).

　　Working experience with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL) and messaging technologies.

　　Excellent OOPs, data structure, and algorithm knowledge.

　　Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery , HTML/CSS.

　　Experience in building the API services from scratch - Project structuring, setting up environment objects, build reusable components etc.

　　Working experience with LINUX/UNIX environment and shell scripts.

　　Working knowledge of API Testing Tools, Version control systems like GIT.

　　Work on server less / microservices based architecture and design.

　　Experience in one or more front-end development technologies

　　Experience writing high-quality code with fully automated unit test coverage.

　　Experience defining and applying design/coding standards, patterns, and quality metrics depending on the solution.

　　Working experience with various CI/CD systems and build tools.

　　Working experience creating high performing applications, including profiling and tuning to improve performance.

　　Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network. 

　　Creating and maintaining documentation, implement, and follow best practices for document workflow.

　　Working collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

　　Stay current on changes in technology and keep adding to your skill set.

　　Ability to translate and communicate risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives. 

　　Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.  

　　Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.

　　5+ years working in consulting, Web Application and API development in Python or related field, either in professional services or industry.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

　　Knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

　　Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

　　$120,000.00 - $192,000.00

　　Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

　　12%

　　The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

　　$134,400.00 - $215,040.00

　　Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
