　　An O&M Supervisor is needed by a respected utility in Southern California. Candidates should have a BS Engineering degree or at least 5 years of experience. Must have power generation operations experience. Gas turbine experience is a must. Should be able to show a track record of management experience. Working outdoors at times will be required. Relocation, salary, bonus and benefits.

　　Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

　　Responsibilities include assisting the Plant Manager in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
