Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join one of the largest IT healthcare organizations in Menlo Park. This individual will be working with the End User Services Team, working with various end point devices, operating systems and software packages. The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3-4 years of experience working within a procurement role

　　Experience taking requests through ServiceNow

　　Experience placing orders through PeopleSoft

　　Ability to multitask and work on multiple tickets at the same time

　　Familiarity with IS hardware Receiving and inventory

　　Vendor communication null
