The right time is now to come join us as we grow and expand to meet our customers' needs.This position will require the individual to operate CNC equipment and other related machining/fabrication equipment in a production environment. This includes producing parts to specification within cycle times, ability to follow daily check sheet to record work done and control process flow. Will also be responsible for maintaining standards for machine and assigned area for safety and housekeeping.Requirements:Ability to perform setups and tooling selection for new and prototype or project related formings.Ability to perform setups and tooling selection for new and prototype or project related formings.Ability to remove and setup die sets in Punch PressesAbility to operate CNC controlled Press Brakes, Fasti Folder, Punch Presses, and NC controlled shear.Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems and componentsAbility to read engineering drawings and schematics and utilize precision measurementsExcellent problem solving skills and high attention to detail.Familiarity with G-code programming a plusFamiliarity with CNC controls, Multi-axis mills a plus.Ability to read and use calipers and other required inspection equipment.Coordination of the ECR, ECN and SMI processes into production, inc design improvements and prototyping.Preferred Requirements:Two (2) months work experience as a Genie Temporary Machine OperatorStrong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvementUnderstanding and support of Company policies and proceduresPositive attitude and strong work ethicSalary: The compensation for this position is $26.54 hourly.
