We are hiring Machine Operators to work for a great company in Macon. These positions will require you to work 12 hours shifts and rotate from days to nights every 28 days. This will require weekend work, and is not a temperature controlled environment. We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in the manufacturing industry, today!

　　work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

　　Responsibilities

　　Operate manufacturing equipment for quality product output

　　Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed

　　Maintain cleanliness and compliance with standards

　　Record data for performance tracking

　　Cooperate with a team to achieve business goals

　　Self-motivated and able to work independently

　　Adhere to safety and company policies

　　Flexibility to work 12-hour, rotating shifts

　　Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

　　Manufacturing experience preferred; tire manufacturing a plus

　　Perform assigned tasks as required

　　You will be required to wear steel toed boots or shoes
