Job Purpose and Impact
The Machine Learning (ML) Product Manager - Strategic Pricing will work in multidisciplinary teams to design and deploy state of the art software products that are transforming the way we do business. You will be joining a growing and experienced team that develops pricing technology for our businesses across the globe. You will contribute to building products for a range of predictive analytics problems (such as predicting demand and capacity, contract execution, cross-selling) leveraging ML.
Key Accountabilities
Build, develop and execute on an ambitious product roadmap, independently aligning leadership, partner teams and key stakeholders across the company to your teams’ goals
Define and implement the end-to-end process around price setting in various businesses; ensure smooth change management to gain enthusiastic buy-in and support of stakeholders in the new way of price setting
Define and establish process of monitoring predictions from our models and work with data scientists to ensure accuracy and explain ability of ML models
Coach, motivate and drive progress across your cross-functional team
Define and win buy-in to the vision and strategy for new products

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Confirmed analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a strong process mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Experienced in portfolio and project management
In-depth understanding of business processes related to Pricing, Sales, Sales Operations
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or similar relevant advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of two years of strategy consulting experience or two years of software product management experience
5+ years of experience leading delivery of large, cross-functional programs, with scope involving business analysis, requirements gathering, and creating/deploying solutions
Strong background in statistics
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you will set and be held accountable to ambitious goals
Confident, clear communicator (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries
Fluent in English
