Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Helper to work at a brand new IT manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Tx.!

　　What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Helper? You’ll be:

　　This position will be responsible for the general appearance and function of the facility. They will be responsible for the amenities, appearance both inside and outside, restrooms, cafeteria, lobby, lighting, and general repairs and upkeep of the office and supplemental areas

　　Porter Duties

　　Trash removal as needed & Rest room Maintenance

　　Lighting element replacing (light bulbs, and fixturing only)

　　Spill response (Non Haz)

　　Parking lot cleaning

　　Roof Maintenance (clearing drains and roof lining integrity)

　　Maintenance Helper Duties

　　Maintenance site preparation (securing area and spotter)

　　Maintenance cleanup activities (assisting maintenance personnel equipment and area integrity after the repair)

　　Retrieving specialized tools and spare parts as needed for efficiency.

　　Lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout shift

　　This position may a good fit if you:

　　Have a HS diploma or equivalent

　　Can lift of up to 50lbs consistently throughout shift

　　Have hand & power tool experience

　　Ability to learn new skills in the maintenance field

　　Basic computer skills

　　Schedules and Pay Rate:

　　Monday-Friday/7:00am-4:00pm

　　Weekends off!

　　Starting pay $15.00 hourly

　　Weekly pay!
